[closed] something must be wrong
[They're on their way home from work when Isa stops to tie his shoe. When he's done, he looks up and finds Lea, about five feet away, laid out flat on the ground. He rushes over there and gently shakes him.]
Lea? Lea? Can you hear me?
[While he waits for a response, he checks Lea's pulse to make sure there will be a response. But it's there. All he needs worry about now is what happened in that thirty seconds he wasn't looking.]

Come on, Lea. Get up.
[If he doesn't get up this time, he'll just have to carry him home. It's getting late and he really wants to get home where he can properly fret over his best friend. Something is very obviously wrong.]

So he's frustrated and worried. He sighs and picks up Lea to carry him home. It's not easy to carry him like this. His weight isn't the issue. He can lift heavier than him. It's the way his long limbs keep flopping with each step. But he keeps carrying him even if it's awkward. Isa just wants his best friend to be safe at home in bed.]

...huh?

You passed out when I stopped to tie my shoe, and wouldn't wake up.
[He looks incredibly worried, and he's not making any move to set Lea down.]

[He gives Lea a concerned yet stern look.]

[He makes to get down from Isa's back.]

No, you're not. You passed out for no reason and you were whimpering. Something is wrong and I'm not setting you down until we're home.

[But he lets Isa carry him without any more fuss]

[He scoffs. Of course, Lea's aunt is great, leagues better than his own parents, so he's taking it as a compliment.]

[They finally get to their apartment building and someone is leaving as they reach the door. He slips in before the door closes and heads down the hall to their apartment.
Even though they're inside now, he doesn't set Lea down, still worrying about if he's really okay.]

[His aunt did that.
Once they got home, Lea tried to get down from Isa's back again]
Lemme down.

[Isa is worrying enough about him, he's pretty sure Lea doesn't need his aunt fussing over him, too.]
No. You're going straight to bed and if I let you down, you'll do anything but.
