Tseng has been in and out of the gazebo all throughout the fair, wandering the grounds to look for threats, checking on the hiring process, and keeping an eye on Rufus when he has the spare time. Now, later in the evening, he's finally taken a seat, allowing himself a moment or respite before he inevitably gets up to do something or other.
