Blackouts? Not on his watch.
Winston was hard at work with a pile of Tesla coils at his feet and on his table. He was working on rigging up a power generator for the housing district, and finding a way to generate it. All he needed a current, as well as time to do so.
He wasn't really that overheated, but a pile of empty slushie cups was at his side, all banana flavored.
Every so often there's an explosion rocking the building.
